Tom is great, and not as expensive a other state farm agents. Not sure how that works, but it's true.

I've been with Tom and state farm for years. I've always had good experiences with his self and his staff. Very professional, friendly, they listen to your needs. I feel like family when I call and they know me and address me by name. I'm sure caller id helps but still.
