“We took our GK’s to the Mall to go to Kids Paradise but unfortunately that’s when the storm hit. So the Mall was closed down and everyone had to seek shelter. For our 9 yr old granddaughter it was a scary situation and she was very upset and crying. That’s when Olivia stepped up and helped calm her right down. She told her that when things returned to normal that we could come to her store and she would give my granddaughter and her brother a free stuffed animal. That was so sweet and it made their day. “A bit overdue, but I wanted to make sure I left a review for this wonderful business. A few months ago, I ordered a set of Sesame Street Magna-Tiles here. It seemed like the manufacturer had discontinued them, and this was the only store that still had them in stock. I was a little hesitant at first since I had never ordered from them before, but I decided to take the plunge.

A couple of days after placing my order, the owner personally called to apologize for a slight shipping delay because her mother had just passed away. Honestly, it wasn't even much of a delay at all, and given what she was going through, she could have taken all the time she needed!

The Magna-Tiles arrived just a few days later in perfect condition, immaculately packaged, and accompanied by a handwritten thank-you note. Needless to say, my son absolutely LOVES them and still plays with them every day. I really want to give this small business props for their incredible customer service and professionalism during a difficult time. I am so sorry for your loss, and I truly appreciate you going above and beyond. I had a wonderful experience shopping here and highly recommend them!”
