As promised by the next morning brake issue had been diagnosed, repair cost quoted and after thoroughly explaining repair all needed was my authorization. Upon pickup the same day I experienced the same great customer service I received over the phone! Rico and his head mechanic Octonio are great! I will definitely do business with them again!”

“Had a minor mishap with my exhaust on my vehicle. I called several local exhaust shops on Saturday morning and they all tried to schedule me out for at least a week. USA Muffler was recommended to me by a friend and he called there to see if they could get me in right away. Teddy (hope that's spelled correctly) said have him come down and we will try to take care of him. They got me in in and out in a couple of hours and the price was more than reasonable. Teddy was a really nice guy and he has earned a customer. I will recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thanks again for taking care of me on such short notice.”

“I had a check engine light fire a sensor that after trowing would intermittently return. Could not figure it out myself. Ton of to M&M Car Care in Merrillville for a diagnostic. They called the next day and told me it was repaired. They found a broken wire on the wiring harness for that sensor. I wish I would have just gone to them 1st so I didn't waste money and time replacing a good sensor myself, but lesson learned. The staff was great. From now on I'm just going to them in the first place.”
