“I'm in phase 2 of my training I did my GYCDL in Wisconsin I had two great trainers out there. I had Jason Hall and Big John they were awesome. Went home had to wait a while because penndot never sent out my stuff for my CDL.
Now I'm in Gary Indiana working with a day cab trainer Glen who is a great trainer until the 29th till I start my OTR training only real issue I'm having is my FM wants me to trip plan but until I get with my OTR trainer I don't know where I'm going till I get to the terminal so it's kind of hard to trip plan. As an opinion to make things easier on the trainee to do the trip plan maybe either send like a mock load on the load board or have the load their taking with the trainer sent to their load board on the Roehl app. Just a suggestion to help with the move forward because that's part of whats on the expectation call with the FM when you enter phase 2.”
