First off as a Christian I am not one too speak negatively of anyone but I simply feel if there’s a place to go to learn how to dry clean the people here should go… I simply asked for my clothes to be dry cleaned after having them dry cleaned there several times an the work seem satisfactory.. but one particular time my clothes came out faded an damaged.. I do applaud the fact they attempted to fix the situation but they came out the same way.. suffice to say I will not be using said cleaners again.. I will be taking my business down the street and around the corner.. I try to support small businesses African American owned but the bottom line everyone is not worth supporting the good news is the other dry cleaners I am now using is owned by African Americans an so far the service has been satisfactory moral is in the past the cliche goes like this.. the customer is usually right.. in this situation I felt I was That’s my. 2 or 3 cents be blessedServices: Clothes pressing

If they lose your items and give you someone else's, don't call to complain because apparently the owner feels that since she's been in business for 30 years she nor her employees are capable of making a mistake. No matter how calm or professional you are she is rude and refuses to take responsibility for THEIR mistake. I strongly recommend finding a more professional establishment with better customer service. If I could submit with NO Stars, I would.

They have good service and have pricing to push you to spend at least $30 or pay almost a penalty price per piece. It's a very smart pricing and even make customers feel like they are saving. You are not really saving compared to other cleaners but saving by paying $3.75 per pound (8 pounds minimum) versus over $4.50 per item.But so far the service has been good and staff helpful.

I received excellent service from this cleaners. I had placed my coat in the compartment overhead on the plane. I thought my coat would never come cleaned because of all the lint and dirt from that compartment on the plane . I wanted to keep the coat because it was a very expensive coat. When I picked my coat up from Value Cleaners in Merriville, and they did an excellent job getting all that lint and dirt particles off my coat and looked brand new. I’ve been to several cleaners in Indiana and I received the best results at this cleaners.
