When dealing with a business full of associates, you can’t win them along, but I tell you one thing I wish Earl could do it all. He’s my favorite associate at the store in Southlake Mall very courteous, understanding, knowledgeable, helpful all of the above he totally understands the assignment of working with the public, he listens and help you the way you want to be helped he’s not pushy or one to blow you off if you don’t adhere to what the associate thinks best for you

Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable.Great selection of nice frames at every price point.I arrived 1/2 early for appointment and they were able to accommodate me.The only thing I didn’t like is that they have a $35 fee for warranty and other places I’ve been will repair/replace for free or minimal charge.

I had a great experience. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and Cierra and Claudia were awesome. They made me feel welcome, they were kind and fun. Cierra was patient with me and went above and beyond showing option both on the sales floor and those in the cabinets. Based on the experience, I'll be a customer forever as long as that location exists.

Easy to set up an appointment. The staff is friendly & promptly address you when you walk in the door. The Optometrist was friendly & thoroughly explained the tests completed by the staff. You can look over a wide variety of glasses to pick out the perfect pair for you. Once the order is completed & paid for, you'll receive your glasses within 2 weeks.

I used to like this place but I am honestly kinda disappointed. The staff was kinda rude when I was trying to get my glasses. Ciara looked like she was irritated with me when I was trying to see what the estimate was for glasses the Doctor is was kinda rude but very knowledgeable on what he was talking about. I was pretty irritated when I found out all my information on medical history was gone because the previous doctor had all my Information and has seen me after I had my cancer treatment. I even told the doctor what I had in my eye was due to treatment not being born with whatever I have in my eye and was told by the previous doctor to wear readers cause seeing up close isn’t hard but it’s fuzzy. Anyway, i think I’ll find a new place.

A great experience!!Dr. Bertucci did one awesome job getting my prescription just right/perfect!! He took the time to make sure I was seeing as clearly as possible. The two women who helped me up front were amazing as well!! They are kind and wonderful human beings!! They helped me with everything I needed and went above and beyond excellence ✨️.Thank you to the crew at Visionworks!!!!Great selection as well and pricing was reasonable.

The front staff are fine.However the woman doctor is horrible during my eye exam she kept asking me to read the letters. I told her I couldn’t make them out at all and I didn’t want to squint to see them. She insisted I take a guess this happened about 3/4 times. At one point I guessed and she said I was adding letters…obviously bc i couldn’t make them out. after some push back from me she stopped asking me what the letters were and just asked which one seemed better 1 or 2. By the end of the appointment I still couldn’t see any of the letters not the top or bottom ones. she knew this and ensured me it was fine and that my prescription had changed dramatically.I’ve had my new glasses for a month now and I am here to say it’s not fine. I still can’t see so thanks for making me waste money on new glasses. Go to the vision works in highland.

The office staff were really nice. I thought the doctor was really rude. He seemed to be knowledgeable but I am not an optometrist. I don't know the lingo or what certain numbers mean. When I tried to ask for more clarification about my prescription, he snapped at me. When he asked if I had any other questions, I said no. I will go somewhere else and ask my questions to a doctor who is not going to make me feel like an inconvenience.

I really liked the eye doctor. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I ordered glasses for myself and for my daughter, neither of which fit that well. For what I spent, I just thought that the glasses would at least stay on our faces. I don't buy glasses often, but other places have at least checked fit and made adjustments so the was a disappointment. I'll definitely be back for eye exams though because the doctor won me over, but wouldn't want to risk buying any more glasses from them
