Nobody answers the damn phone! Wth?! They're open 2 hours still. I called at 8p and 8:30p. They close 10p on Sat.

I have always been loyal to Walgreens as they always seemed to be right around the corner for all of my needs growing up in the city. As of late the pharmacy has been really testing my patience and loyalty. I don't know if it's the Merrillville location or Walgreens corp causing the issues. I hate to blame the workers because they are always so helpful and nice but we have encountered a few instances now where our meds are not ready when promised, or we are forced to wait for meds due to central processing filling the script vs our local store.I hope after I won't experience the same issue as tonight.. two visits and two delays spanning 6 hours for the same two scripts that were promised in 30 minutes each time and then being told to go around again on my second visit. Which obviously was to buy time for them to fill the scripts. They clearly dropped the ball and I really hope things improve here.

The pharmacy tech told me that they received my prescription. And told me it would be an hour and a half. I called then he said another 30 minutes. I went up there and suddenly my prescription wasn't in the system. Lookong at the reviews this isn't the first time a tech has been rude.

I understand that people have bad days but there’s no reason to take that anger out on a patient simply filling a prescription. Using “policy” as a fall back to hide one’s anger is not right. Being on a power trip and talking flustered and in a condescending rude way has a tendency to come back around. I will never use any of Walgreens services any longer and I will encourage others to do the same. One pharmacist that’s NOT a doctor who obviously has anger issues decides to make healthcare decisions on my part and question my lifestyle. That’s not acceptable and she should find employment in a different field all together. She made it personal and I took it personal.

I typically have a great experience when shopping at Walgreens, at this location. However, a certain pharmacist always answers questions my sarcastically. I mean, I can be very sarcastic, but, I'm not in the customer service business and respect those who are. I love shopping at Walgreens and won't stop using any of their services. But, I had to mention my experience, since it happened more than once.

The employees are rude. Ask if I could do a transaction in photo. The line was long at front cash register. She turned me away and within a minute ask someone to check out there. While I had to wait. Very rude and disrespectful and disappointing….

Rude, arrogant, and just shouldn’t work customer service. The lady at checkout was absolutely belligerent after I tried telling her the the fridge section wasn’t cold. They were fully stocked, lights off and NOT cold. Set aside the fact that everything is warm, and could now pose a potential health risk if eaten, I’m just trying to inform you. There was no reason to be such a miserable individual. Make a sign, maybe have the photo department (which has been blasted in these reviews) make one. If not, consider your career choice if you can’t control your emotions and act like a civil human being.
