You know getting sick is a bummer, it’s even worse when you go to an urgent care clinic that have policies that prevent you from seeing a health care professional. This Clinic shouldn’t be called minute clinic. I went for care and was asked for my Insurance and ID that’s ok. But they ask for a debit or credit card on file to pay for any balance the insurance doesn’t pay. (My balance would be $10)I declined to leave a card on file. I was then told I would pay the full amount for the visit without my insurance coverage? That is ridiculous. I have NEVER heard of this and I have been to other Minute Clinic that billed insurance and you pay the co pay. I left. Was I profiled? Was this a scam? Or was this truly how they treat all of their customers? I don’t know. I’ve tried to reach the manager twice and was told she wasn’t in? The Walgreens store employees were nice and had nothing to do with this. It was the MINUTE CLINIC FRONT DESK STAFF. I hope this review changes things. I went to another clinic and didn’t receive this same interference. This clinic takes more than a minute! They ask for SSN and other information that’s not needed to see a healthcare professional. Sick people beware!
This clinic is not a part of Walgreens my review is strictly for the Midwest Clinic that inside of Walgreens

I love this Walgreens because the staff and manager are very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The store is always very clean, and the layout of the store makes it easy for me to find what I need quickly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WALGREEN for a great shopping experience and your medication needs!!

Let me tell you🙌🏾 this is one of the best pharmacies I have dealt with in a very long time when dealing with Walgreens. I can't tell you how much they are very helpful and very polite and they actually try and to make sure that you have what you need when you need it. Especially when dealing with different types of insurance at the last minute. The ladies that work the window as well as the ones that work the floor are excellent and their customer service is exceptional. Paul, the manager, at this location is absolutely phenomenal! He helped us enlarge, print, and crop a photo. He went far above and beyond to help us. Amazing customer service, super friendly and helpful! We couldn’t be more pleased with this location. We will definitely be using this location more often in the near future!

This is the worst Walgreens I have been to. If you order same day delivery the will cancel or delay it for 2-6 days. Customer service will not help. If you try to FSA at the counter they have a tendency to be rude as hell and then the contact center hates having to do anything with the store so they just hang up. If you can make it to a different store please go where your dollar is appreciated

This place is horrible I witnessed a young lady that was working there be threatened to get jumped and called all kinds of names ... I'll just say the B word. But she kept her cool and continued to be nice and helpful despite these two ladies yelling screaming and intimidating her! This is not the first time I witnessed this type of aggressive behavior in this location I'm steering clear and won't be back!!!!!
