I don't usually do reviews, however this last visit was horrible. I felt as if l had done something wrong the way I was treated by this female doctor. She rush me out .She said because I had order my glasses on line that there was nothing she could do for me. I was there because I wanted to make sure the prescription in my glasses was the same as what was prescribed. The glasses felt as if they were a little strong. She even said she was not charging for this visit and rushed me out
Everyone before her was ok. It felt like a Jim Crow situation.

They are very professional and knowledgeable in the field of eye care. Their staff are very warm and attentive to your needs. First rate in every detail. I just had cataract surgery done on both eyes, and it was very successful. They gave me my vision back in ways I couldn't have ever imagined. I am so thankful and appreciative of the Williams family. I would very highly recommend them for any eye care issues you might have.

I have been a patient of Dr. Doug Williams since the early 1990's. Everything he predicted over time has come to pass regarding my eye health. I recently had cataract surgery on both of my eyes at the Crown Point location. I couldn't be happier! I am seeing great without glasses or contacts and the outlook for my vision is great for the future.
Both surgeries were very pleasant experiences. The surgical staff was caring and skilled. Dr. Doug knows his trade so well, it didn't even seem like I was having surgery.
I had Lisa Saks, OD for my after surgery care. Very professional and knowledgeable. She worked with Dr. Doug to provide me the best solution for both of my eyes. I am in a unique niche of people that had RK in the 1990's. I needed some detailed care to optimize my vision moving forward.
And finally, I want to thank other office staff (like Trina) that helped fill in with needed information and encouragement to help me make the decision to have surgery.

Today I had another great experience with the professional staff. I go there every year to get service on my eyes and Doctor Blake does a great job every time. Also does his staff. I highly recommend anyone with eye problems to go to this clinic. They know what they are doing. Job well done team!

They really care about their patients. I felt very comfortable the first time I went there. I got a very good exam and this will be my doctor for a very long time. The staff was kind and helpful. Thank you to everyone for helping me !

I recently had cataract surgery here, and can't even begin to say how happy I am with the outcome and how much better my everyday life is now, all the Doctors were very professional explained everything, the office staff was very easy to work with, all in all I would highly recommend them!

I have been going here for several years but today was the Worst. I arrived 15 minutes early, my appointment was at 11:30. I left out of this place at 1:00. I complained to the Doctor about how so many of his patients went before me even though their appointments was after mine. This is very unacceptable, frustrating, especially while I am in so much pain. Then I get a nonchalant attitude, no empathy. It shouldn't matter what the patients appointment is for because when it comes to your eyes all your patients are important.

What an amazing team!. I love when a Doctor gets straight to the point and Nurses listen to you diligently. The entire staff is patient and professional.

The wait time is horrible sat here for over hour and a half not even seen the doctor yet. This place needs to make appointments every 45 minutes to an hour not 10 to 15 minutes not happy at all with this place.

My experience at the Williams Eye Institute was horrible for several reasons.They don’t respect or value their patients time. During my consultation I was not informed that I would be expected to return I day, 1 week and 1 month for follow up visits.At your appointments you can expect to wait at least 45 minutes to 1 hour before you are called to have your eyes dilated and then another 45 minutes to 1 hour before you see the doctor.On the day of my first surgery I experienced pain that was not acknowledged. I was only told sternly to “look at the light” while my feet were held down on the bed.On the day of my second surgery the medical staff asked me if I had been “ difficult” because I was receiving an IV sedativeI would not ever recommend the Williams Eye Institute and anyone who reads this review should consider going to another health care facility that has displays empathy and concern for their patients and values their patients’s time.

I was referred there by Dr. Scearce when I needed cataracts removed. All went perfectly. This year Doctor noticed membrane growing over the implant. It took just a few minutes and I can see fine. Pleasant, professional, informed and helpful staff.
