There is NO SUCH THING AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER to them. They say you are but your not. Im supposed to be a diamond member but get treated like fertilizer. Prices keep jacking up and up. Totally RIDICULOUS

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE. WE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH XFINITY SINCE WE BECAME A CUSTOMER 4 MONTHS AGO. DANNY, “THE MANAGER”, WAS USELESS AND DID NOT OFFER ANY HELP. I WAS FRIENDLY AND PATIENT BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY HELP OR KINDNESS. THIS STORE WILL BE THE REASON I CANCEL MY XFINITY ACCOUNT.

There's people running around everywhere, I waited 45 mins just to pick up my equipment which I set up online, 3 days prior!! I don't recommend going there, I'd take care of everything online and have equipment mailed to you!! That's what I'm gonna do from now on!!

Store and on-line doesn't even deserve a 1 star to be honest. Long wait times and poor CS. Was overcharged in October - in-store billing error and now over 3 months later, 2 store visits and over 6 times online chatting. Still haven't received a full refund for the over billing. Would not recommend comcast for anything except internet ( if you have another choice, then don't look back ) I doubt they would wait over 90 days for payment. The real kicker is every-time they try to sell you more things.
