“I grew up in this complex and I have a cheap and nice apartment. Karen is very nice and I plan on staying here for more years. I do recommend this complex. Neighbors are going to be Neighbors be lucky you have a roof over your head. I have a 3 year old autistic child that's very vocal and no complaints. It's cheap and affordable. Peaceful as well so far.”

“I moved in at the end of August and I love it. The staff is very helpful. Very quiet and if I have a maintenance problem they are right on it. If you fall behind on rent they will work with you before putting you out and taking you to court as long as you hold up to your part of the agreement … The apartment was very clean. I absolutely love it. The building complex is clean and they keep the grounds clean.I moved in at the end of summer but they I hope next year the pool is open but overall I love it..”
