This was my first time going to Aspen Dental. Everyone there that helped me out was fantastic. They provided excellent treatment and clearly explained everything every step of the way. I would highly recommend this place.

Everyone here is so nice. I have always had anxiety going to the dentist but everyone here made me feel comfortable. They gave me all the information and let me make the decision on what I was to have done. They answered every question I had no matter how many times I asked. I would recommend them to everyone.

I do not recommend aspen dental. Horrible customer service. Got a bill over a year ago. Tried to pay the bill that was one amount then got a bill w late fees. Not my fault. Been trying to pay the bill they would hang up on me. So I paid twice the amount. Screw that scamming company

They bait and switch you, on price The price at Michigan City may be different than the price at Valparaiso for the exact same treatments. The last time my wife came in for an appointment they did not send a bill for over a year. They said they had accounting issues and within a week they had late charges added to the bill taking it from $250-$350. Every time we called the customer service and tried to talk to them about this. They would transfer us to another state or hang up on us.

Aspen experience was very pleasant. The X-ray technology is new and the staff took time to explain all upcoming treatment plans.

We are at the beginning stages of my family members treatment which will include many different overall treatments to achieve what we need done to get that happy smile back. The process will consist of appointments pertaining to a cleaning, filling cavities, extractions, a partial posterior denture, composite fillings and restoration for the anterior teeth, etc.The initial consult is completed. Quote and treatment plan given. My family member was very happy and feels comfortable with the plan and team and with starting the process. We are comfortable with the treatment plan and price. They were able to schedule all the procedures so we know what the plan is and how to plan appropriately.I am handling the financial aspect and I also work in this field. I went in last Thursday to pay in full for the services to come. I was very impressed with the office staff. They were very kind, attentive and understanding. I was pleased with their willingness to go thru things with me as well (they had patient permission) and the extra mile they went to help with all of this.The first appointment for my family member is this week. As of now.. I give a 5 star for all we have experienced with Aspen Dental and the Michigan City team. I hope that we continue to have the 5 star review to maintain and continue through out this process with. I will update after treatment experience.Thank you Aspen Dental MC Team*Update after Extraction appointment- The extraction appt was this past week. Four extractions were done.. leaving four more for the next visit. It took a total of maybe 45 minutes if that and my family member has not had any issues or complaints. We are still giving a 5 star review. I will update after the next extractions are completed along with the composite front teeth repairs and partial molar bridge/denture is done. 3-21-24*Update 3/27- So what we thought was Four extractions done on the 21st was not. Which what was planned and scheduled in the treatement plan.. We didnt find that out until today, that they only did one filling instead of four.. which is what was in the treatment plan. Which completely has changed the entire plan and appointments. This was never explained until today when we thought this was going to be the end of the filling procedures only to learn that they one did one last visit again was supposed to be four and they could not explain why or why the change in plan or why we werent told. This is not acceptable in my oppinon. Who knows what they will decide to fill or not fill today. This is not giving me much hope for the overall treatment plan repairs to come. I am concered at this point. I will update with what is next to come. I am reducing the 5 star review to 3 at this time due to this and it being unforseen if this type of service will continue:( Will update as treatment progresses.Update 3/28- Back up to 5 stars:) So although the above mistake happened. the Dr yesterday did all he could to get as much done as possible while still providing safe and quality work. We are very happy with how he came through and provided the time he could to get us back on track. My family member left smiling and with a much improved smiled thanks to the work done yesterday. A few appointments left until completion. Thank you for restoring my faith in Aspen:) Excellent Dr and service provided Tuesday:) Thank you:)

They were nice and got me in quick, but...Pulled teeth that didn't need to come out, and missed cavities. Put in a bridge instead of caps. Charged a lot. Sorry I went there. Back to my old dentist.

These people will scam you. They do procedures you do not want and lie to you and charge for things that they mess up with your insurance.I would caution everyone don't go there

Refused service and banned me from Aspen dental. Never heard of this in my life. Went to Wolf dentistry instead.

I just had two Teethpulled at Aspen dental in Michigan City, Indiana. It was a great experience from the front desk people to the assistance that helped pull my teeth and especially to Doctor Taylor who did a fantastic job. Thank you very much.

I had a great experience with Aspen. As a new patient they were able to get me an immediate emergency appointment via their website. The check in process was easy and straightforward. Staff are caring and professional. They explained everything as they proceeded and made it as affordable as possible. They use advanced equipment such as panoramic X-rays. And the outcome was good and it is a relief to be feeling better.
