“It was time for a new battery, and I tried Auto Zone but, it seemed they weren't interested in helping me, even though they advertise that they install batteries. So I went on to Advance Auto Parts by Speedway on Highway 20. They are spectacular!! They were a bit short-handed but still helped me install the new battery!! Steve was super nice and helpful!! I will be going to them for car parts from now on!! Helpful, nice, understanding and very knowledgeable!! Thanks guys, you rock!!”

“I normally don't leave a review unless it's 5 stars. I have never been dissatisfied with a product from LKQ. But I have to do everything in person. Getting through on the phone is often unsuccessful with hold times often exceeding 20 minutes.G says they're open till 5 but they're only open till 4:30. Like I said I have never been dissatisfied with them. They are just hard to do business with because the phone system creates a bottleneck. Also, if you call at 4:40pm and are on hold the whole time, the recording will come on at 5 p.m. and tell you they're closed and hang up on you. Definitely could use some improvement there.”
