“I have been going to their shop for years, bought 7 motorcycles from them over the years. Service was always good, helping me solve problems I had on different bikes. The service department is top shelf, they are always good at explaining issues that I had questions about. When I would pick up my bile after service or storage my first question is, did you check the tire pressure, and is the oil good. They always have the right answers. Great group there and prices are always fair.”

“Went to Dan's after an auto accident. Very quick and very responsive with getting ahold of me with any questions and explaining the insurance claim process. Bobbi was great in keeping in touch with me regarding parts that were ordered. After pickup, I heard a rattle, called the shop right away and they had me bring my car in and had a quick fix, missed bolt, was returned to me within a couple of hours. Car looks brand new, can't even tell I was rear-ended!

“I was driving from Detroit to Chicago with my family when I noticed the plastic piece above my tire was loose and every time I went over 60 mph it kept hitting the tire. It really worried me because I still had a long drive with my family in the car. I searched for the nearest AutoZone and it was about 13 miles away so I carefully drove there hoping someone could help.
When I got there Ayhende came over and helped me right away. He fixed one side and cut the damaged part on the other side so it would stop rubbing the tire. I didn’t even ask him to do it. He just saw the problem and decided to help.
I really appreciate what he did for me. He was very kind respectful and professional and because of him I was able to continue my trip safely with my family. Thank you so much Ayhende I truly appreciate your help.”

Most importantly to me, he accommodated my tight traveling schedule, allowing me to pay over the phone, and drop off / pick up outside of normal business hours. None of the other windshield repair places were even open that weekend. I appreciate Rocky so much! Would use his shop again. Thank you!”

They just need to invest in more machinery to turn / bore cranks, so they can do it all. I even pass a local shop up (that is just to busy to talk with you) and do the drive drive to Owens. I like the service and the prices.”

“I normally don't leave a review unless it's 5 stars. I have never been dissatisfied with a product from LKQ. But I have to do everything in person. Getting through on the phone is often unsuccessful with hold times often exceeding 20 minutes.G says they're open till 5 but they're only open till 4:30. Like I said I have never been dissatisfied with them. They are just hard to do business with because the phone system creates a bottleneck. Also, if you call at 4:40pm and are on hold the whole time, the recording will come on at 5 p.m. and tell you they're closed and hang up on you. Definitely could use some improvement there.”
