“Always find that I get a personal attention attitude from the crew at Dean’s ! Dean’s mechanics are very attuned to my vehicle’s top running condition and otffer professional advice to keep my vehicle in top running condition. I know that the folks at Dean’s offer professional workmanship to keep my vehicle(s) well maintained. A nice GEM (going extra mile) the folks at Dean’s have to offer is a loaner vehicle program, so that if my vehicle has a time consuming maintenance issue, Dean’s offers a well maintained loaner vehicle for me to use, so I can continue my daily activities that require a vehicle. Thanks Dean, and the folks that make Dean’s an A1 place to have my vehicle maintenance and repairs done!”
“I always get outstanding customer service from Alexx. When I had to buy a new battery, he not only gave me all of my options, he even installed it for me. He always gets the parts I need quickly and provides all of the choices on brand and cost. The best!”
“Current female staff from MC location has kept us all in the loop about HR investigation. And gave updates and explained the horrible way it was handled.Someone at the corporate level probably should look into that. Customers would like to know they're spending money with a reputable business.”
