My wife took our 2012 jeep in for new tires yesterday, this morning she went to leave for work and a loud popping sound occured when she backed up and turned tire. I cannot do anything because of recent surgery. Sounds like they didn't tighten lug nuts all the way down. Will never use these fools again.....

I am not very pleased with what happened. I purchased 2 new front tires for my F350. I also asked if they could fill up the back tires as they were low. I asked again of that was done before Ileft. Not done. Now that I'm trying to get the tires aired up here a month later, the valve stems leak when you attempt to air them up. Sorry guys. I don't have time for this and I'm judt going to take it to Schafner.

I went to the store on the day of their tire sale. It was just to buy tires, not for installation. The Belle Tire employees were both very friendly upon arrival, the person who helped me with my order was very efficient, asked for my input, went out and examined my tire, answered phone calls in a very polite manner and asked them to hold, and explained everything I needed to know about the warranty. The whole process didn't take long at all. We scheduled the appointment for my tires to be put on. The whole experience was a very positive one.

Gentleman that helped me today was very beneficial. Informed me of everything that is included with my purchase, how often I should come for tire rotations etc. Would definitely recommend to others.

I need to report my experience at belle tire and how I felt discriminated against and feared for my safety with driving my car after leaving your company 9/7 I arrived to belle tire in Michigan city Indiana I told Henry that I need my front checked out because of the grinding noises and my back end checked because my rims and rotors was really hot and grinding. After continuing speaking with Henry about paper work etc he was very rude, short, and seemed like he didn’t want my business. After leaving the store my dad said if I was you I would tell them to give your keys back so you can go somewhere else because how rude they were I also remembered at the time while speaking to my dad I needed to let them know I have underglow on my car and so I ran back inside to tell Henry to be careful of my lights that they don’t damage them and he made a remark saying they are illegal underglow and I said it is not illegal in indiana in which he argued with me in the store a couple minutes about how they are illegal and I also said to Henry that I was pulled over at night with lights on thinking I was getting pulled over for the underglow but the officer said I was going 7 over the speeding limit and my lights are legal in which he continues to try to argue with me about the underglow so I left it at that but after this altercation it made me really nervous to leave my car at belle tire. Later that day he informed me that I needed brakes, calipers, and rotors and the e brake was stuck and would have to be fixed or cut off I then stated is that why my front end is also grinding and he said yes because the emergency brake line is under my feet on driver side. On 7/8 he called me earlier that morning that my car is ready to be picked up and said the grinding was fixed due to the emergency brake being detached and brand new rotors brakes and calipers. I arrived at belle tire and payed for my car went outside and started to drive and realized when I braked my car was still having that issue even though on the phone he said that the parking brake was the reason there was issues to the grinding so I went back to the parking lot and went inside to tell him that the grinding noise was still there in which he said he will have someone look at it again and call me later. Lunch time he called and said that they don’t know what is the cause of the grinding and said they don’t really want to look further into it because it would be a hassle for belle tire and cost me a lot more money. After leaving belle tire I called Hyundai dealerships right after I left because I didn’t feel safe and they said they can get me In at 1:30 that day so I dropped off my car off and later that day they said that my new rear rotors had foreign substance on them and brake slides and backing of brake pads were not properly lubricated from belle tire and the emergency brake was not the problem of the grinding. The reason I also took the car to Hyundai was because the smirk on their face and how they wanted to brush me off with how much it would inconveem them and myself to look further into the problem.

In a few days I leaving for Ubon RTAFB, Thailand, 408th MMSmilitary reunion and noticed a low tire on my truck. I took it to Belle Tire and they took it in right away and had it fixed within an hour. I now feel safe in pulling my trailer to the campground in Ohio. Thank you Belle Tire and employees.

my family and I were road tripping from Chicago to Buffalo and blew a tire on I-90. Belle got us in immediately and had us on our way within an hour. The staff were friendly and walked me through everything. Highly recommended!

I went to the Belle Tire here in Michigan City to get my tire patched; I had a good size nail in it. I expected it to cost $20-$40 like most places, but they got it done quick and when I went to pay they said no charge. I figured there was some mistake, but they said if it’s something simple like that they just take care of it no charge. That’s the kind of customer service that you just don’t see anymore. They also did an alignment on my Honda Civic a couple years ago and did a great job. It was on coil overs so a lot of places wouldn’t do it, but they got it done and did a great job then as well. They definitely have a customer for life in me, and I’ll be telling my friends and family to go there as well

We keep bringing our well traveled vehicles to Belle Tire in Michigan City, IN. They have been able to solve most problems effectively and with kindness, professionalism and a lot of knowledge. Ken, Brian and Jerry and all staff are great !!
