Where do I start? I bought a nice car from Trevor yesterday, my first time and probably last time I will deal with him or Bosak after my 4th car purchase or lease from them. Trevor was all positive cold calling me to encourage me to trade in my car on something else. Very good start, had his guy appraise my car and showed me what I wanted and came back with the “offer” on my trade in. He announces as he gets back “let me show you some crazy numbers!” He shows me a trade in value on my car almost equal, in his words and showed me on the computer, to what I paid for it. So I had no problem paying full price on the newer car. He comes back after the deal was verbally “ok let’s do it” with a “mistake” and the “real” offer about 15% lower on my trade as I was quoted the retail value instead of the trade in value. In my mind I was all set and in the showroom you don’t really think about how much money that actually is because you are excited for your new ride.So they owe me a key and I owe them a key and my title to my trade in. So I called today to see if we can make the swap, no phone call back one way or the other from Trevor.Ok, now finalizing the paperwork they always try and get you to get a warranty. I hate warranties, I’ve told Rachel numerous times, I’m not interested, last time I agreed to one because she said if you cancel in the right amount of time you get all your money back, I canceled it (which she knew because she mentioned that on the way into the office) and I didn’t get 100% of my money back. She still tried to get me to buy a $2900 warranty, and kept it up, I was inventing new ways to say no. I haven’t kept a car over 3 years and I am gonna shell out $2900 for what?So anyway, we will see what Monday brings, they asked me to leave a google review. The car is awesome but Trevor is not Don M.Basney Honda is not much further for me so once this final swap of keys and what not I’ll do any service over there and in three years I’ll deal with them for my next purchase. I hope Chad sees this before Monday and see how I am greeted.

The salesman Trevor Duke is exceptional to work with. We worked with him for three days to get this deal done and he was very very patient with us. We are very appreciative of his services. He was nice to work with and he got us a really good deal. We have purchased or leased four cars through the dealership and have always been very happy with it. We also worked with Rachel Toms, the business manager and she was very nice to work with. She was very informative, very straight to the point, it really helped to get straight facts and get a nice attitude from everybody. We would give them a five star rating. I would definitely recommend your dealership to any friends or acquaintances.

One of the best dealership experiences I ever had. Nicole was great with keeping in contact with me on emails and guiding me along the way. David Kelly was my salesman. Great guy, he made sure to fit my specific needs and didn't push whatsoever. Thank you David and all the others there at this great dealership, you guys were awesome.

They got us in quick while we stopped in on a cross country road trip with a check engine and vtm-4 warning light coming on our 2015 pilot. Service rep was great! Mech diagnosed within an hour, part for repair was in stock and we were on our way with a total of 3.5 hour delay. Fantastic service experience!!

I needed to find a safe, reliable and reasonable price vehicle for my daughter. My sales guy was very helpful and knowledgeable about every car I asked about. We were there past closing and they all help us get just what we needed. We will keep going back.

I came to get my car serviced. The service was amazing from the moment I walked into the service department. The ladies in the service department were very friendly and welcoming. I had some question once my multi-point inspection was completed. They had no problem showing me their findings. Although my nearest Bosak is in Highland, the drive to Michigan City Bosak was well worth it.

They are very polite and accommodating to get you to sign on the dotted line. Do not give them your business without first coming up with a strategy.I went in to lease a vehicle because I was sick of buying used lemons. I had intended on purchasing the vehicle outright after the lease. However, 19 months into the lease I hit a pothole that damaged the rim. They didn't offer to reimburse me for the tire and they told me the rim didn't seem bad enough to fix because it held on the lift. But if it went flat again while I was driving it they would be more than happy to fix it then. Wow, thanks a lot. This prompted me to sit down and examine my lease agreement.What I hadn't realized until entirely too late was how they managed to drive up the price of the car from $26,617.95 to $33,795.45. Allow me to break it down:Sales Tax: $1,283.26 (This is AFTER the following charges are added by the dealership that I didn't even ask for.)Protective Coating: $2,498 (I find this extra comical as there was a pin head sized chip that they wouldn't fix. They told me they would sell me touch up paint and I could do it myself. But "the coating" is protected and they'll pull out dents so long as they're not in the paint.)Etch Security Guard: $359 (Anti theft, don't know how it works or what it even is.)Product Bundle Package $1698 (I have no idea what this is but this, the coating and the anti theft are documented as "accessories". Sounds like they charged me for stuff that the car already came with and was probably already included in the MSRP. ALL DEALERSHIPS will charge you for things that the manufacturer has already paid for).Maintenance: $682 (This is literally only for 6 oil changes and tire rotations. This is what they mean when they say, "maintenance is done for you in the lease!" you're getting charged double the price for a service that can be done easily on your own or any shop.)Service Contract: $442 (I have no idea what this could possibly be. The computer paper to print out my lease?There are a few other minor taxes and fees but these are the big ones. Just remember, it doesn't matter if you're dealing with a sketchy looking used car salesperson or one of the bright, smiling faces at Bosak Honda. They are there to take as much as they can from you.My biggest mistake was saying I wanted to lease. At that point the negotiation becomes all about the monthly payment. This is how they tacked on an additional $7,177.51 without me noticing.
