Great experience here buying 2 dress shirts. Willie was able to tell me what size fits me and that's why I was sold on buying here. When I need to buy a suit, I'm coming here. I do owe him a cup of coffee now

I went into the store with my boyfriend Wednesday evening -8/24 - and we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman that appeared to be the store manager. A woman approached us and we attempted to find a shirt. She was very judgmental and not helpful at all. The outlets we’re dead yesterday and you would think customer service would be emphasized since business was sparse on a Wednesday night. I hope she doesn’t treat all customers this way.

My husband needed a suit for a wedding. We went to Van Heusen first and their manager and salesperson were so rude so we left. Thank you for that because Willie at Brooks Brothers was amazing with fit and style!! My husband got a much better quality suit and enjoyed the process! What wonderful customer service! Thank you Willie!
