Food was pretty good and came out quick - wings were extra crispy (I like that though, I know some might not). It’s a new building but the dining side is smaller compared to other area bdubs. Service was pretty poor the night we went - no hostess in sight and took awhile even when servers were passing by us. The same coupe workers were going into the bathroom every 10 minutes, would only come out quick if a customer was in there. Service was a little slower and took quite awhile to get 2 fountain drinks as well.

We always request Emily as our server when we come here! She is so kind and goes above and beyond for us every time we dine with her.

Decent food , especially "wings" sauces are all great. Not these little tiny wings and drums you get at other restaurants. Service was great, prices fair in comparison to others.Parking: More parking than the restaurant can hold in customers. Free

I would advise managers to train their to-go staff how to speak to customers.I wanted to order online but had to call in because online orders was not working.I call. I've ordered the same thing for years. I also read my order from my computer screen. Abby, the woman on the phone read my order back to me but it was wrong. When I corrected her by saying the wings are boneless not traditional, she responded with, "That's not what you said." and continued to have a HORRIBLE attitude. I told her that I know what I said, I've ordered the same thing for years and have NEVER ordered traditional wings, ever. I was dumbfounded when she told me, "that's not what you said." Who responds like that? I feel like a correct response would have been, "I'm sorry, I must have heard you wrong." Especially someone in customer service? I was a server so I always tip well but given her attitude and animosity when I picked up my order, I did not tip. I came earlier than my pickup time and my fries were cold and my wings barely had any sauce. Do better BWW!

Food is very good however the speed of service was the worst I ever experienced. They blame short staffing as the issue but that is not the customers problem.

Got sat right away as they weren't busy. I watched as 3 different servers brought food to several tables "auctioning" them off, as they were clearly sent to the wrong tables... every time. Tables that were sat after us received food before us. 45+ minutes for wings when your slow is unacceptable! I watched the guests next to our table get up and walk out over receiving wrong tables food and long wait. When our food finally came the wings were cold and hard as if they sat in the window. The food runner tried giving our food at first 3 tables away that were already eating!!! Then came over and said the wrong table was on the ticket! (SO ALL THE SERVERS WROTE WRONG NUMBERS ON EVERY TABLE!?) Get it together! Second time here since they reopened and it's getting worse. Will not return!

Very disappointed!! I redeem point for part of my meal , but when it was time to pay my points were not redeemed, but gone off my app. Talked to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do. But during this whole time the manager was assisting me to redeem my points. He even said go ahead push the redeem button and I did and it didn't come off my meal and the points weren't added back on my app. This guy said oh well, there is nothing I can do about it!! What the heck he should have taken it off my bill. But no he let me walk out of there pissed and to never go back again. Sad case of a manager if I say so. The worst this is we really like BWW. I guess we will go to a different place for our wings. One unhappy customer.
