“I visited the Michigan City T-Mobile last week for a long-overdue upgrade. The team was incredibly efficient—despite two customers ahead of me, I had almost no wait time. I worked with the manager, Amaury Sanchez, who was exceptionally patient and proactive, getting my new phone ready before I even had to ask.
What impressed me most was how she handled a pair of extremely rude and disgruntled customers who came in while she was helping me. Despite their condescending attitude and unrealistic demands, Amaury remained perfectly calm and pleasant. She successfully diffused the situation and found a resolution they gladly accepted without ever losing her focus on providing me great service. Her leadership and customer service skills are top-notch!

“Miles Hill is possibly the next Nicola Tesla! I had had some significant issues with my wiring, as i am a well known imbecile of the lowest order. Miles walked me through the horrific forest of electrical knowledge like he had 2 500 magnums. By his patient guidence, i was able to wire my house without it bursting into flame... again.
