They call you to confirm your rental less then 2 hours and say you may need more documents otherwise you cannot get the rental today. I wish I got this information right off the bat. The guy I spoke with on the phone was not clear at all about anything going on in the business. Small dealership. Most of the cars are beat up and junk. I picked out a Mitsubishi and they offered a Chevy spark at time of pickup... it was a completely different size. I honestly wouldn't recommend this establishment. People in this place also don't seem to have a dress code baggy clothes and sweats are what is selling you vehicles. It seemed like a very messy place overall! If I could give it zero stars I would. Oh and they changed the price to a $300 deposit and it used to be to $200.

My husband rents cars quite often because he travels for work. Work pays for all of it. EVERY and I mean EVERY time he goes to book a car, it always says car has confirmed. He even called to verify because he has to be at important work requirements on time and the lady stated walked him through all the cars he has and they even gave him a $10 discount for a car. They then call and tell him they don’t have any CARS after telling you they do. WE will never rent from Enterprise again. We try again to use enterprise since it’s close to us, but always is a nightmare and always make us choose Avis. So Avis it is from now one because enterprise is terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Use AVIS at all cost. They have NEVER let us down and always have cars available.

Make sure they have a vehicle available before showing up to your reservation.Happened to me twice, booked, called to confirm they had the vehicle available, showed up and not a single car to rent.

This is the last place I would rent from. There is ALWAYS an issue with the car you choose to pick, heaven for bid if you have any kind of discount code. Might as well hang it up. Worst rental location and I know numerous other people who would say the same. Do your sanity a favor and drive to South Bend and rent from any other company.

We don't rent cars that often. But when we do it's at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. This last time the service was great! Everyone was so polite. They picked us up on time. But the car that we were going to rent was too small, so they found us a bigger car right away. They explained the contract to me in a way that I could understand. The car was great! We would have loved to keep it. We brought it back an hour and a half early. But they still gave us a ride home right away. I recommend them highly to anyone that needs to rent a car. We surely will be back!

Very dissatisfied they never have the vehicle I request and I missed my sons surgery and had to reschedule due to their issues so I rescheduled again now they tell they don't have the vehicle I need again and on top of I have to pay for 4 days because they count closed days as apart of your days so a rental that should have been 170 is now almost 700 as a single mother I'm devastated to cancel my son surgery again due to them having issues with no helps discounts or anything my advice rent elsewhere it's a scam to charge people for days they are not using and they have cameras they see when you return they also wait till the day before to tell you the whole service is a setup if you need the vehicle past closing time they will charge you however they feel like doing I'll be bringing a class action lawsuit for overcharging people it's fraud

I have had many rentals from Enterprise in the past with little issues other than the quality and condition of the cars. Unfortunately, my car was T-boned back in August and I was forced to drive a rental for about 2 months. So I go to return the vehicle and the lady pointed a small crack in the bumper out to me & she said the damage recovery team would reach out to me. Now maybe 2 months later I get this email with pictures and an itemized list of the damage that I had supposedly caused to this car. I reached out to the damage recovery team questioning it and was contacted by the manager. He said he saw in the notes that there was a crack in the headlight upon picking up the vehicle. So Enterprise thought they were going to tack that extra repair onto my bill and I wouldn't notice or question it. SO BEWARE!!!!!!! This business is SHADY!!!!
