Absolute poor customer service from Judy. Instead of helping us check out she spent 30 seconds texting on her phone than proceeded to be rude and forced me to answer a question that someone helped me today.If the owner does not respond, I will never shop at this store again.

The sales aren't really sales and the prices aren't that great. We got a pair of shoes off the clearance rack, they were marked down a whole 2¢. Laughable. We didn't even wind up getting the discount. The three stars are because the clerk was a pleasant, helpful lady.

So their signs say buy one get one half off but all the shoes are excluded from the sale with no signage telling you this...i wasted over an hour with my daughter finding the perfect pairs only to find they were excluded along with every other pair she picked. Why not have signs by the shoes or somewhere saying what shoes are excluded(every single pair)?? Also i asked the guy ringing me out about the rewards program and he said oh it doesn't do anything but if you want to you can sign up online. Come to find out i would have gotten@least $10 off that purchase had he signed me up. Don't waste your time with this shady place that could care less about their customers.
