Where do I start! I switched from BMO and Ted made sure that everything went smooth and had everything I needed for my business account. Called over 20 times to speak to some and no answers the phone. Yet they send alerts asking you to call them. And yes they are open they can’t all possibly dealing with a customer to not answer the phone and at least say please hold. Worse banking for me. Customer service is what make a good bank
