The one who helped me was Evan! Verry nice gentleman whom is fairly new but clearly good for the job. And he even let me stay an hour past their close time just to make sure my mattress and frame are all set!. Thx G. ? 100% recommend.

All around good visit at the store . A lot of nice selections . Michael was our salesman he was very knowledgeable and polite , but also a little pushy and trying a little to hard to secure the sale and didn't need to be , we had our mind made up already we were going to get the mattress. Overall good and would recommend.

I really enjoyed my experience with Evan. We went here because of the reviews and honestly it was worth it soley because Evan helped us out. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and felt like he was truely working with us. Can't wait for our mattress and pillows to come in!

We dealt with Patrick at the Michigan city store. He was very knowledgeable on your products & encouraged us to spend as much time as needed to try different mattress's. We made a purchase decision & were able to take advantage of the final day of the President's Day sale as well as getting a discount on delivery & setup.We were offered 12 month no interest financing that included a 3% rebate, which we took advantage of.We are looking forward to sleeping on our new Posturepedic Hybrid mattress as well as the Signature adjustable base & would recommend Patrick & Mattress Firm to anyone in the market for a new mattress.Russ McCoy
