Do NOT use this place for your meds as they have no idea what they're doing, they text you meds are ready when they're not ready resulting in many wasted trips/time! Nobody is even halfway apologetic about the now standard 20 MINUTE WAIT IN THE DRIVE THRU - their employees are rude and in bad moods most of the time. This place needs a total overhaul and fast as I and LOTS of others taking their business ANYWHERE other than here

Their techs are incredibly rude, haven't had our family's meds for 4 months (family of 4), and now they don't even ask you to hold rather pick the phone up and hang up. I just want to move my meds and would happily wait to do so, but picking up the phone and hanging up (100% purposely) is garbage. The really sucky part is I used to really like it there, tried waiting it out rather than permanently move being our family has used them for a decade. I understand things are on backorder although it blows my mind exactly how many meds are, but have never been more disappointed in the fast decline of a pharmacy we liked, and mind you we've had to deal with CVS.

Pharmacist was a complete jerk! I called and asked if he had Ritalin brand available in stock. He said, even if he did he wouldn't tell me!! I told him I would have my doctor send them a script if he had it in stock. I'm sorry but no doctor is going to call around for me to find availability! He said oh well! There is a National shortage of this medication and he couldn't care less to help a customer. Worst customer service!!!!!

If you choose to use this Pharmacy, Clear your schedule, because This Pharmacy is an absolute nightmare! It could take anywhere from a day and a half to a week to have a prescription filled with them. It doesn't matter what the prescription is. The pharmacist/ technicians have zero sense of urgency/ compassion for any of their customers. You are lucky to get eye contact or a smile let alone someone actually walk up to the counter and speak with you. It's always something with them from ordering the wrong medication, to overlooking the prescriptions the doctor sent in. Like seriously how long do you expect people to go without maintenance medications? such as inhalers, seizure medication, chemo medications, lupus medications, pain medications and antibiotics. To add insult to injury, When you finally get a text message telling you to come pick up your medications, ... they're still not ready!?!? And the audacity for them to look at you like such an idiot and ask "if you really need the medication tonight?"... No.. I think I can go another day without my lupus/chemo medication.. You just keep talking your sweet time. I can't wait till Phil's gets their licensing straightened back out. No amount of coupons or Mperks would ever get me to come back to this mess.

These Pharmacy techs are an absolute joke they prolong the slightest process .. made me wait 1 hr and 15 mins for medication my doctor called in hours ago . Mouth off at you and if you respond youd have to wait hours for you meds in pain or not .. They should stop doing medicine

I transferred my prescription to meijer as my independent pharmacy was no longer covered by my insurance. From day one problems with having my medications in stock. The phone app tells you when medication will be ready when you arrive you are told items has to be ordered causing another day wait. If your prescription is out of refills they tell you they called but no response from doctor office. I called myself and office said no one called. If you question their lack of service the technicians are extremely rude. a call to meijer corperate is a waste of time. I have found a new insurance that is covered by my former independent pharmacy so it is by by to meijer and all the chains that have 0 customer service.

Meijer pharmacy is just the best. Their prices tend to be lower than any other pharmacy's in the area. Drive through seems to move along much faster than other pharmacies as well.The staff is also great. If you need something they will do whatever they can to help you.I remember one time allowing a script to run out of refills. I had to get the doc to call in a new script, and you know they work at a snails pace. So I was going to be left without any meds until my doc could get around to pressing the button. They were able to give me a couple tablets of my meds to get me by until doc responded. Great people, great pharmacy!

I’m 66 and diabetic, never had a pharmacy work so hard getting my insulin at the best possible price they could possibly get for me. Thank you Remmy for putting the time in to help, I won’t go anyplace else from now on

I love Meijer. Aside from the eggs being packaged in Styrofoam cartons instead of cardboard. But I am very disappointed that masks are not being required upon entering Meijer stores. Other places of business have made it mandatory to wear masks. Menard's for one. I would be much more comfortable if masks were required. Not only do many not wear masks but they don't distance themselves. Very disappointed. I'm going to have to rethink my visits.

Every time I’m there they never have enough registers open. They expect people to ring themselves up. I will shop any a different store before I ever ring myself up. There is no discount for doing a cashiers job. Open more cashier lanes!
