This branch is awful! Zero customer service! Linda, "teller manager" would rather be a "Karen" and have an attitude with a customer of almost 15 years, than apologizing and writing an account number down for a deposit. Meanwhile, it was no problem for tellers to look up tax deposits and stimulus deposits for customers while there was a line building. Thanks to Linda, I'll be taking my banking elsewhere.

I have been doing business with them for over 25 years , I go back when the bank was known as Northern Indiana Savings, while I really didn't like the fact that they closed the branch on Johnson Road in Michigan City, the one I always went to, it is still a good bank, the staff is friendly and always used my name when doing a transaction, it makes me feel like they really want my business
