I never write reviews. However, after my recent experience with this hotel, I felt compelled to do so. I echo the pervious reviews listed. If I could, I'd give this place 0 stars!!! After a VERY LONG DAY of traveling, my family decided to stay here. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to BED BUGS (thank God, for the nightly bathroom run). This hotel should be closed for business IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! The carpets were stained, furniture is completely worn and dated, the rooms were VERY dirty, understaffed, stained mattress, dirty appliances, and just overall not a great experience, (This hotel looks like something out of a horror movie).PLEASE DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT STAY HERE. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE DEMOLISHED RIGHT AWAY!!!!!!

My brother and I arrived on Saturday night. Sign on the front counter said to use the telephone on the counter and call the listed number for service. Different. My brother called and I could see the cell phone light up through the drapes/window of the room next to the front counter as the guy answered and came to the counter. Also, a sign said no cash accepted after 10 PM (more on that later). My brother and I are both 60+ year olds. My brother had made a reservation. After getting the room keys, my brother asked for confirmation that there were two beds. The guy said no and said my brother must have made a mistake. Not sure blaming the customer is a good business practice. When asked if we could have a room with two beds, he said there would be a $10 up charge. Remember the sign I mentioned; the $10 had to be paid in cash! I’m guessing it went into his pocket. The room was okay. It’s an old property. The bathroom was small, but the shower worked very well. The bed was comfortable. The “hot breakfast” had a waffle maker and a toaster, so it was a “hot breakfast.” We went to a restaurant instead. The lady and man at the front counter in the morning were nice.

The hotel looked nice but I had a hard time sleeping in the bed as I kept itching really bad. Didn't bother my kids luckily so I didn't complain to the staff about but I had literal bite marks on me. There was also a roach in my room. The sink clogged up but they did fix it. The employees were nice for the main part but 1 male Mgr was on the rude side.Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants, gas stations and stores near by.

Had to change rooms 3 times. The first room looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. There was urine still in the toilet, gnats in the sink and the floor completely dirty. The second room the keys didn't work. Third room was ok. The remote to the tv didn't work and the curtains didn't close all the way.

Arrived later then planned to a dark, not particularly welcoming or clean entrance with one member of staff who was pleasant and courteous.Got to the room…. Almost fell over the badly placed chair and couldn’t find the light switch. Room wasn’t particularly clean and smelled just and stale. Went back to reception to ask for coffee and was told there was a machine in your room…. Yes but no cups….. went to out something in the microwave to eat and found half eaten m, stale pizza left there by someone else - decided to not bother and just get to sleep. Breakfast at 6:30 was exceptionally mediocre and we grabbed down pre cooked egg and chicken sausages to be microwaved and washed down with (hot) coffee..don’t bother with the pastored and bananas…. Not a great experience by two Wyndham hotels on our 3 week Roadtrip…. And we have stayed in 3 so far (4 days on to the trip) let’s hope they get better as we have another 4 to stay in……. Added note: soap dish on the. With, room 102, is broken and I managed to cut myself on it whilst having a shower

A poor experience. The common areas were messy. The room itself was bare bones. The curtains barely covered the window. The lamps barely worked correctly. I would not stay here again.

Overall terrible experience. The "hotel" severally understaffs and cuts costs with maintenance too. From worst to most trivial:We booked here specifically to have a pool/hot tub. They were both closed. One staff member said they were locked, but open until 10pm. They were clearly not open as they were dirty, smelled bad, and the hot tub was sitting at room temp. The night attendant was nice when seen, but still scarce. The day staff ran up to me when I went to get breakfast and yelled at me asking what I was doing and what I was looking for. When I said I was on my way to the breakfast area she replied with a terse "Well it's closed. . . that's right you missed it!" then ran off behind a door before I could ask when it ends.Checkout was supposed to be at 11 on our last day, but our cards stopped working on the door sometime between 1am and 8am. Luckily we didn't both step out at first, but I did have to wait until they were done showering to finish loading the car, and we couldn't both leave the room at once. The lobby was kept pretty clean, but all the hallways were completely trashed. outside there were random broken chairs and large refuse. There was no shower liner, just the outer curtain. So the bathroom floor was soaked the whole time. The room looked clean enough, but I know if a mess wasn't obvious it wasn't cleaned because there was old food under some of the furniture and hair still stuck to the bathtub wall. This is the exact place you'd expect to find a body.

Zero stars. This was a horrible experience from the moment we walked in, unfortunately. I booked this hotel based on the images online through their website. The place is VERY worn, the chairs, couches, floors, carpets, walls, everything. The hot tub was down, the drinking fountain was out of order, half of the hotel was off limits. There was work being done in the pool area on the ceiling & they didn’t have it safely taped off. Lights flickering, spiderwebs everywhere in the hallways. Don’t get me started on the rooms! Drapery was broken so you could see inside the room, hole in the bathroom door, something red splattered all over the closet, dust on the mirrors. The smell was HORRIBLE. I felt like we walked into Bates Motel. We asked for a refund immediately & they pointed a written wall sign to me that stated all refunds are discussed with the manager Mon-Thurs 9am-3pm (we arrived on a Friday night). The front desk worker was nice but moved slow, it took us 30 minutes to check in & then after I asked for a refund (once seeing the rest of the hotel & our room) she said she couldn’t do anything except switch our room, which we did but it did not help at all. We spent the next 30 minutes taking videos & photos of this place. I left a message before leaving, for the manager & twice more since arrival home. He refuses to contact me. This place is the worst I’ve ever been to by far. I’ve stayed at several hotels over the years.

Dirty!!!! Trash cans hallways and pool area all full of trash, no towels pool area for kids to use, when arrived we were wet and freezing thanks to Mother Nature from storms. We asked for additional blankets due to air being left on from person before full blast and rudely told by night staff they will not provide additional sheets, blankets or pillows. Staff smoking right outside front door. Breakfast area was a mess, tables dirty, no drinks for kids only provided coffee. Very disappointed. Have stayed many ramada hotels and never experienced this before. I do not recommend at all and will not stay here ever again!!Safety: Very dark hallways

Stay away from this hotel. Broken curtains, unprofessional employees, Rude, besides lying about company busses card being declined. Called back. Bank showed me that the hotel released the hold on my room and never attempted to charge my card. This way employee can rent the room I had already reserved. Gives me a smaller room but yet gives me a receipt for a king size room. Had to hold curtains closed with table and my boots so people would not look through. Would post photos of bed bug bites all over my body but they are of me not having my clothes on. That is how bad myself and my husband were all bitten up.

Yes, the whole building looks a bit shady, the carpet in the hallway was dirty, and the decor is definitely dated. But: the room was clean, the bedsheets were clean, and the bathroom was clean, and that's all that matters. I wouldn't book it for a weeklong vacation, but for spending one night on a long road trip it is perfectly fine. Plus, there are several restaurants in walking distance, and many more a short drive away.

This was the worst hotel I have ever booked. Crackheads sitting on the back stairwell entrance, clearly cracked out of her mind. People living there breeding dogs. Exterior doors do not latch or lock so anyone is free to come inside the buildings. Our room was completely disgusting with smeared handprints on the headboard. The nightstand was gross, not dusty, but actually dirty. The light on the table by the mini fridge didn't work. the Mattress was completely stained. Linens didn't smell clean. Staff at front desk was rude and unconcerned with the safety issues. We were there less than 20 minutes, we went down to lobby with concerns and complaints. No apology was given, they only told me they would move us to a different room. Front desk staff refused to check us out and charged us for a 2 night stay. We didn't even stay there. We went to the Holiday Inn Express nearby (excellent hotel!) upon arrival, I told the front desk lady what happened at this Ramada, and she Informed me that it has happened to a lot of people. And they end up coming to the Holiday Inn Express. Don't waste your time even going here!! Just book at the Holiday Inn Express right down the street.

DO NOT ADVISE GOING HERE!! FILTHY, BUG INFESTED, RUN DOWN. I purchased a room w/2 beds on July 24 for 2 nights. Paid through Priceline and PayPal. The room itself had a glue trap with dead cockroaches on it under the ac unit. The ac unit panel fell off when I turned it on, and I found about 3 inches of lint stuck on the filter. The rolling cart to move belongings was stained and disgusting. Electrical outlet inside room wasn't installed properly and had a hole. Decided I did not want to stay and asked for a refund. Was declined and now have to file a dispute to get my $ back ($147!!) Pool had a film on top of the water. The room next to mine was vacant and unlocked. The laundry room was unlocked and being used for storage. Saw more glue traps in the hallway with some kind of dirt on them. Hall was dimly lit, didn't appear safe at all. Noticed several stains on ceilings, especially in dining area. Lobby chairs had stains on them. Trash overflowing outside. Grass and landscaping looked as though it hadn't been touched all year. Landscaping in the rest area inside hotel was nothing but a bunch of weeds. Place really needs to be shut down.Safety: POOR!

We checked in , even though it looked as if it was abandoned. There appears to be some remodeling in the front , but there is a lot of unfinished construction going on.Upon going to the room, it was dated, no one else was even at this hotel. The room smelled awful, moldy. The curtains were barely hanging on to the rod. The ceiling in the bathroom probably was close to falling in. The old school mirrored closet was rusty and not even on the tracks. This was a poolside room, which the pool was freezing, the hot tub was not working and algae was growing in it. It was not a place I was going to feel comfortable sleeping. As I was checking out, a local police officer walked in with a questionable adult, left them at the check in, while she walked straight back towards the rooms. Straight out of a movie creepy. The guy at the desk understood, cancelled my reservation and said he would refund my money, was unable to print a receipt with confirmation of both. Unfortunately, it did go through on my card. Ramada I gave 1 star for effort.
