Excellent Customer Service skillsI walked into the T Mobile store to inquire on purchasing a new phone. My current phone was an IPhone 7 and although it was in good condition it was time for an upgrade.I spoke to a young lady by the name of Evy. I asked her questions concerning my new phone choice. She eased my mind by explaining the process of trading in and or purchasing a new phone. I was a little nervous being 60 years old because sometimes individuals will rush you through the process. However Evy was courteous, professional and made me feel so comfortable. She allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed too. I purchased my new phone with a clear peace of mind with no regrets. I want T Mobile to know that you even encouraged me to come back or use the App if I had any issues. What a bright star that Evy is for the T Mobile customers. Thank you againA.Bradley

The staff was super friendly Yve, Tabby, Catelin and Juan were super helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out in a timely fashion.

Not this store but online chat and customer service, I canceled service on 10-16-23 but was charged on 10-20-23 have attempted several times to call to get a refund but was told they can't retrieve my account because it was canceled, so they get to get a payment for a month that wasn't used????

Great customer service so when you come in make sure your not in a hurry. They take their time with each customer to make sure the customer understands everything and has just what they need/want. Be patient.

There just isn't any customer service anymore. I went to T-Mobile, tried to talk to Tabitha about my phone service and the problems I'm having but she knows everything and would not listen, I wanted to just go and up grade my phones and there was just no talking or explaining anything to her, she is a quick talker and she tries to out talk the customer. She was rude. So I walked out. I'm not going to take my business with no customers service

The store manager (I believe her name was Briana) was so rude and condescending towards me after I went in to pick up a replacement phone that corporate T-Mobile had sent to this store for me. After Kieran (who was wonderful) spent much time transferring all my data from the broken phone to my new phone, Briana declared that I was not permitted to take my new phone with me! Even though T-Mobile sent the phone to the store for me, she said it wasn't in her inventory? I was baffled by this statement and her attitude just made the whole situation worse. She told me to call T-Mobile again and have them send a replacement phone to my campground instead. Really? This is how you treat a T-Mobile customer of 25 years? Worse customer service ever!

Tabitha was a quick talker. She got us to sign a contract then 1 day later, one of the phones locked up and suddenly its not T- mobiles problem. Also like another review said, we got charged after the fact for some protection thing. We did not consent to that. Don't do business here!!! No pass code was forgotten BTW. The phone would not work after 1 day!!

Aliyah & Rick were incredibly patient, professional & very kind to my 86 year old mother this afternoon. Truly outstanding customer service! The time, effort & endless sharing of knowledge that was put forth to remedy her particular technical issue was amazing by both Aliyah & Rick. T-Mobile is most fortunate to have such fabulous associates representing their company on the front line. Many, many thanks to this talented team. We are sincerely appreciative & grateful!

Kelsey was very helpful with my phone when I came in today as a first time customer. Perfect customer service, good quality service, and everything. Highly recommend it to people who are planning to switch their phone line and etc.
