This is directed to their corporate office! How can you make your employees work in an environment of the store being over 99°?! The staff have always been so kind and helpful every time I go there. Today I couldn't bare to be in that store for more than 5 minutes! The poor employees!! Shame on you Children's Place for doing this to your dedicated employees. I know I would have said screw this a went home. One of the girls is even pregnant! Close your doors until it's fixed! Your going to give them heat exhaustion!Where are the District managers and corporate people?! Your losing money anyway, because customers can't stand to be in there.Sad to see a large company treating employees so badly!

The store itself is nice. Helpful workers and neatly organized. My issue is with how they handle their store credit cards. They only take cash payments in store and not debit cards. That's not super convenient.

I would give them 0 zero stars if I could.I came into the store and purchased a few pairs of leggings along with some other items. I later found that I was charged for a two peice set for an individual pair. However my sister couldn't exchange them because the receipt reflected a two peice set which was charged for a single pair of pants. They had several pairs on the shelf like that so I didn't pay it any attention. I assumed they had maked them to individual sets. When I called the store they wasn't much help. I asked the manager if they could run the video and mail me a giftcard or refund the difference. She told me they don't have a camera in that huge retail store (Yeah right). I live over 45 miles away and I wasn't going to waste anymore gas money for THEIR mistake. I then emailed cooperate and no one responded. Now I'm out of money because of THEIR mistake. I feel so ripped off and betrayed. I will never spend another dime at any of their stores. Including the ones who are owned by their chain.

I have never been so disrespected in my life at a store. I will be contacting my lawyer and most likely suing this place. Done with this kind of treatment from people. This is still America.

Same story. Outlet mall but no coupons and staff rather rude when asked about online coupons that say can be used in store. No reason to be rude.

Still the same as my first review. No point I. Being at an outlet mall if they don't discount the merchandise any more than their typical stores. Staff did greet us however and told us of the current company wide sales.

My wife often comes home with full shopping bags from here so it must be good. When I've accompanied here I've found the store to be clean and organized. The staff was friendly and offered to help. Their prices seem pretty good and I know they offer discounts if you subscribe to their mailing list. I do know though that the regular store bonus dollars cannot be used at the outlet store and vice versa so beware. My wife didn't find that out until trying to use them at the register.
