The lady that works there told my husband that he couldn’t mail books using media mail rates even though books are included in media mail. So he had to pay more for no reason.

They told me they didn’t print out shipping labels, when they are the post office.

Would give 0 stars if I could. What kind of post office doesn't open til 9? And then today couldn't get in on time because someone didn't have the key. No heat while you wait either. Very cold in the winter. Feel sorry for the workers there. Went across the lot to kabelins and used UPS. Comparable price and so much better.
