The pharmacy staff is very friendly and they handle their workload very well. I know their names and they know mine. It seems they could benefit by being open 24hrs to reduce it with less pressure.

It would be very difficult if not impossible to accurately describe the incompetency of the pharmacy staff here. And I won't try except to say that I have probably spent close to 3 hours on the phone with this pharmacy, my doctor (who still doesn't understand what is going on) and finally the insurance company trying to resolve an insurance coverage issue. But their incompetence coupled with rudeness hit a peak this morning when the pharmacist hung up on my insurance carrier! Oh my!

Another typical Michigan city experience. I guess you have to call the store first to see if there will be somebody working at the photo area. I stood there for 5 min and nobody said a word. I could go behind the counter, take all the pictures and walk right out the front door. Every store in this town has the most incompetent staff. It's amazing what you deal with nowadays

DO NOT VISIT THIS WALGREENS, THEYRE COMPROMISED. While I was there, they allowed a person who was getting a COVID test to walk through the store and touch things on his way to the back, instead of asking him to exit the building and go through the drive-thru, as is protocol. I complained to the manager, all he did was make excuses for something that shouldn't have happened and he should have used as a training point. There's a reason this Walgreens only has a 3.5 review. The manager, Robert, is very rude and does not do his job.

I came to this Walgreens to scan and print some photos, which took a while due to the slowness of the scanner, but the lady who helped me, Tanya, was so helpful and caring that I almost couldn't believe it. I am grateful for people like her on this earth. Thank you, Tanya, in case you read this. It meant a lot to me. You are a very kind soul.

Alright! Unsure most times, for we hope a business improves! Pharmacy has lunch break hours (closed)! Corporate policy they card for smokes and booze! I could never figure out how to use my earned Walgreens rewards these past past years and counting! They don't allow mon customer parking! :-( (a community resource center is 100 feet away reason for parking stretchiness)!

THIS STORE HAS THE BEST PHARMACIST & PHARMACY TECHS ANYWHERE!!! They are Always Friendly, Kind, Caring & Very Concerned! They have a special and very Personal small town Friendliness! I LOVE THIS PHARMACY!!! Other places especially CVS here in town, treat you as if you have drug problems, a Drug Addict! I’m a nurse, in 2009 the hospital I worked for still continues to put their patients & employees at high risk by Understaffing every Department. Not only is that a precursor for a deadly situation, but it also puts Patients and Staff At Risk for Serious Injury.. time after time I asked for a portable house lift for our department (physical Rehab). They refused. They also refused to supply other floors with the proper safety equipment just like they did to me.. There were no options. When my Nurses Aid & I were transferring the patient, (who was at least a 4 person transfer), I Ruptured 7 discs in my back. Prior to transferring this patient I called my nursing supervisor as well as other floors asking him for help. He refused, saying he was busy with paperwork & there was no one available on any of the other floors to help me. Now, My whole Spine is fused, with Rods, nuts & bolts. From the base of my neck to lower lumbar region. In order to be able to function at even the minimum capacity, I have to take pain medication.. I try to do without, but it’s worse when I wake and at bedtime.. I have lost everything because of this... the last thing I need is someone filling my prescription each month, judging me, looking at me as if I had a drug addiction. It’s not just me they do this to, I’ve spoken with many other patients at my doctor visits and the story is the same for every one of them.. I have always recommend that they try My Walgreens pharmacy! (in Michigan City!) CVS is a Nightmare to say the least! Anyway.., that’s my Truth! I wish it weren’t but it is now my life.

Customers not wearing masks in the store, no enforcement or even suggestion to do so. Watched an employee come in without a mask too

Called to check & see if my mother’s meds were ready & Pharmacist Al told me at 9:20am that they just opened’ Well I know they open at 9 am & I dropped script off 4 days prior to date & he was rude. And script still not ready for pickup. My point is, always be polite & respectful to customers. That’s the job you chose . And you don’t tell customers that you just opened as if we don’t already know that!!! I would give them zero stars if I could!
