The Middlebury branch is a wonderful place to visit for my banking needs. There is a personal touch that goes a long way. I can tell that I am a friend and not just a customer. They go the extra yard to service my needs. The people are welcoming. We have a very good relationship. Like a family. And when it comes to finances, a family member is most trusted.

The branch manager treated me with respect and courtesy. He showed respect to his employee without talking down to her when she asked multiple questions.He was patient and communicated to me the steps in my transaction which did seem to occur everyday. From the moment I moved here two years ago until today, every interaction with the entire staff has been Wonderful and Personal; not like banking was years ago when customers were simply another account. Keep up the Great Work!!Love this Branch and the people within!!!

Worthless fraud department and customer service. I'm being stuck with $450 worth of fraudulent charges I never made and a branch manager said there is nothing they can do.
