Merle and the rest of the staff were friendly, and they actually took the time to explain what was going on with our vehicles if something needed our attention. Their price are fair, most times they get it done quicker than we expect. You can tell they care about their work and their customers. Honestly just a solid, trustworthy shop.”

“Very helpful place, I needed a door and mirror for my truck as it sat damaged at a nearby hotel from a accident, the owner of Ultra bodyworks came to the motel to do a estimate of the repair and later when i brought my truck for the repair, he brought me back to the motel while they fixed my truck and came back to get me when it was done..Friendly service and good quality work to...I would get more work there again!”

“I called for a wheel alignment. Unfortunately it wasn't able to get done because one of my tie rods is worn + they didn't charge me for finding out this information. As soon as I get my tie rod fixed I will be back for an alignment. They also price matched.”
“On Sunday Dec 5th we were staying at the Essenhaus in Middlebury. Our car battery died and we couldn't find any shops to help . We called a lot of places. We are from Canada and were under a time constraint to get back home. The man from Miller's went above and beyond by coming to the Essenhaus trying to jumpstart our battery. When that didn't work he went back to the shop, brought a new battery back and installed it right in the parking lot. Words cannot express how very grateful we are that he was willing to help us out.
