Bills Collision Service absolutely knocked it out of the park. Huge shout-out to Kip Hale—his paint work is flawless. The color match is spot-on, the finish is glassy smooth, and you can’t tell there was ever damage. On top of that, the office staff delivered amazing customer service from start to finish—friendly, organized, and great communicators who kept me updated and made the whole process painless. Quality work, fair timeline, and genuine care. Highly recommend!

Everything about Bill’s collision is top notch from reminder to bring car in to phone call that it was ready for pickup. The service on my car was 100% perfect. The final bill was exactly as written in the contract. An extra spot was fixed w/o charge. I highly recommend this business!!

My family has been using Bill's for over a decade now. Overall, we have had a good experience. The only two negatives were when they replaced a quarter panel and it wasn't buffed(I took it back, and they made it right). The other was when they replaced both headlights but didn't adjust them(I had one pointing straight down and the other straight up to where semis were flashing me). This time I had a 1¼" cut through the metal on my roof from something unknown and was rusting, and two other random dents from falling branches, and I can't even tell if they pulled the dents and repaired the metal cut, or just replaced the whole roof. All I know is that I paid $100 through Geico, and I'm extremely happy overall!

The entire staff made the process smooth sailing. They explain the process and the time frame involved in the repair and they do a wonderful job. Car looks good as new. Pick my car up today and was extremely pleased with the repair. Had it back sooner than I expected.Plus it was clean inside and outside! I'm not sure how long it had been since it's last inside cleaning, but holy WOW! I was impressed!Thank you all so much!!
