“I stopped by to see if they could help me repair a jewelry box mirror and they took time to do it on the spot! I realize this is a busy place with far larger and more lucrative jobs than my little piddly glass repair, but Karl took time to just handle it while I was there. The glue holding the previous glass, that the box came with, had separated off of the wood lid it was mounted to, and when it fell off, the corner broke.
Karl selected a little more robust, thicker mirror glass, cut it perfectly to size, sanded the edges and used a real adhesive to hold it in place. I so appreciate his careful and attentive service that was extremely prompt. A pleasant surprise when I was prepared to leave it with him.
