Absolutely THE worst experience here. Customer service is HORRIBLE! And the employees are extremely unprofessional and act childish in front of customers. There were only two employees that were professional and one had an accent. And does no one have a dress code anymore? We’ve had to stop by to get a simple document signed several times and they don’t know how to send out a simple email. Would highly recommend to find another bank or another location more professional if you need anything more than just a deposit.

Got paid just after closing time before I left for my vacation by the company I work for. I did a mobile deposit because I needed this money for my trip out west. I deposited through the app got left the check in my truck and got kn the plane. Wake up this morning to a email saying the mobile deposit was declined. I called and they said it was too high of a risk to cash that big of a check. But that’s around how much I make every week and cash there. So now I’m on vacation with no money and closing this account as soon as I get back. Pathetic bank. I should be able to mobile deposit with confidence with my bank especially since it was my payroll check! I’d give you negative stars if I cold Interra. The people inside the middle bury branch are amazing though and almost make me wanna keep the account but this inconvenience has me so hot!

Line wrapped around their building, line around the inside, waited 30 minutes to walk out and go elsewhere to cash a check. Been a member here over 20 years, this is extremely disappointing.

kind of d*** they won't give you change unless you a member. it's not like I'm trying to cash a check. just getting some 1s and 5s.

They close at noon on Saturday and I was in the drive-thru at 11:50. I didn’t get up to the teller until 12:20. The lady then said that they close at 12 and they aren’t taking new customers. I told her I have been there since 11:50 and she said her coworker said that wasn’t the case. Sad that a company you have done business with for years will deny you service and call you a liar.

I went to this branch to cash a check drawn off of Interra, CU. As a non customer I have always been able to cash checks drawn off of the financial institution they are drawn from. I went to this location today over my lunch break. First the teller(Charity) told me there would be a 6.00 charge. I was annoyed, but agreed. Then I waited another 5 minutes for her to tell me she needed a second form of ID. I could understand if it was a larger check but this check wad for 44.00. I spent 10 minutes of my lunch for nothing. I left. I have never had such a horrible experience at an Interra branch. I really hope they provide better customer service to their customers then they did to me. After this I will NEVER bank there.

Went to this branch recently for drive up. As I pulled up I hit the call button as someone would normally do waiting on a representative. No one came even after one of the tellers looked at me thru the window. I had to then proceed inside while the tells sat inside laughing and talking to each other with no one taking the time to serve the customers or at least check on the drive up. I then proceeded to tell 1175 who had the most unprofessional outfit on to work in. A winter jacket with fur and a shirt extremely low cut. Obviously standards have changed.

Middlebury branch is great! I am quite pleased with the service. 5-stars would have been given if the call center representative was trained better and knew how to talk to customers...... attitude, short and detached.
