They’re 2 blocks away and with all the visitors that come through they may want higher exposure.”

“I normally dont write reviews, as my mother always told me that If I didnt have anything nice to say, to say nothing at all. But I have nothing but good things to say about Miss Alaina! Me and my wife have independently observed that whether we are in her line, or simply passing by, she performs her job much like people did back in our day, when they actually took pride in work ethic, which is something that sadly can't be said for the vast majority of kroger's employees, or employees in general, but again I don't wish to speak negatively on anyone simply bring attention to a job well done. She is polite, she is knowledgeable, and she is quick, everything a customer could ask for.”

“I had an appointment for a Covid booster. It was easy to make an appointment on-line. Even though they were short staffed, they were very kind and courteous. I was in and out in about 10 minutes!”
“I normally like this store. The pharmacy hours have been messed up since they are short staffed. Maybe they should pay better?
But today I was assaulted at the door by some huge machine blowing scented air at me. I couldn't even finish shopping. I had to drive home with the window down and change clothes and wash my hair because the smell attached itself to me. Why would they want to poison their employees and customers? If that machine is there blowing poison chemicals in the air, I will never shop there again.”

“I seriously cannot say enough good things about Brock at the CVS in Middlebury, Indiana! He is hands down one of the BEST employees I’ve ever dealt with at any store.
Every single time I’m in there, Brock is incredibly friendly, helpful, patient, and genuinely goes out of his way to make sure customers are taken care of. He doesn’t just do the bare minimum—he makes you feel welcomed, takes the time to help, and somehow manages to make a simple CVS run a better experience. 😂
Good customer service is becoming harder and harder to find, so when someone is THIS good at their job, they deserve to be recognized! Brock is exactly the kind of employee every business wishes they had representing them.
