Ordered and bought a phone from here!Amazing communication and called me as soon as my phone was delivered! Super friendly staff and helped me get everything set up! Would definitely recommend and buy here again!

They like to add things that no one has agreed to fraud to get more home internet services they put the address as one that has the internet service and then it doesn't work because the address has to be the one where the device is going Megan seems nice and all but is actually not very bright talks about ppl behind their backs supposedly Christian but definitely not in a lot of ways ?

Had nothing but problems...every price they quoted me was wrong..got my bill it was triple what they said..when I called them with my problems they hung up on me ...would not recommend this store to anyone..will never go back.and the owner Megan acts all nice but doesn't back her word..

In store experience was rather pleasant. Enjoyed the conversation and service I thought i was receiving. All I wanted was a new phone as my old one bite the dust. Asked for no changes to my plan and to pay the amount of the phone fully at the time.
It wasn't till I got home and checked my Verizon account to see I had been signed up for a cloud account and protection plan I had not requested and the price of the phone had been put on a 36 month payment plan despite my response to the store owner asking about payment to be made in full.
I think the staff here are very capable individuals, but when trying to help multiple customers at once clearly something gets lost in the wash. More than half of the requests I made were done the opposite way as I directed.
*edited after seeing that the discounts I have for my account were also not added to the retail price of the phone which took it up another couple hundred dollars. Make sure they are paying attention if you visit this store
