“The staff at the dollar general are very kind and one of the staff members there was so sweet a man that I saw in the store was having a slight breakdown he was having a ptsd attack and the staff member had known and she slowly came from around the counter was able to talk him down and he left with a smile that was teuly amazing to see people and staff care that much they truly are the epitome of above and beyond”

“I love the self checkouts that have been added because sometimes I don't have much and it really saves time not having to wait behind customers with carts full. But cashiers are still always available! Also the prices have stayed lower here than any other store. Employee's are nice and the store is clean and shelves are always stocked.”

“I walked in and immediately felt welcomed. The staff knew the customers by name and talked to them. They asked about family, kids, sports, graduation and so on. This is the way it should be. I bought a piece of chicken because the lady that cooked told me to try the best chicken. She wasn't wrong it was amazing! I would love this to come to Yorktown! The atmosphere was just heart warming! I will definately be back for the chicken and groceries! Thank you Harvest Market for setting the bar for customer service!”

“Beautiful little cafe :) Food is delicious and the people are amazing! Anna and Azure are awesome. We had a wedding there a couple of months ago and could work as a venue for that too. They also have handmade knick knacks, jewelry, paintings, candles, soaps etc that you could buy sourced from local artists around Anderson. Really pretty and good quality. Would go back there again for sure.”

“We've been getting meat and produce from Nip & co. for at least ten years. I love dealing with a local farm, and I love knowing what my meat eats! Nip is honest and helpful, and really cares about raising healthy animals. The flavor of the beef is awesome - definitely reflects how well the animals have been fed.”

“Great meat! This is our go to place for meat! Always fresh cut and taste amazing! The deals are amazing when they run too!Staff is good! They have their days based on business. Sometimes lines are long and never ending. Standard grocery items are slightly increased in price but worth beating a trip to the actual grocery some nights.All in all... I'd like to recognize they have improved greatly with customer service, quality of their produce and expired foods, speed of the lines and speed at the butcher! Great job on the improvements. This tired mama enjoys the convenience of the store on long days!”

“Store can definitely use double the amount of employees then it currently has, just like the 5+ other DGs that are within 10min drive from this one… it’s nice that it’s new, but would be better if they could actually put products on the shelf’s instead literally everywhere else but the shelf itself(also like all the other lcl DGs). But whenever I need help, it’s available, sometimes it’s even offered w/o me having to go on a safari looking for help(like one has to at a WalMart or Lowes..).. so it’s 5-Stars bc of the age and the obvious external factors causing majority of the issues… but you can only shift the blame for so long before this review goes quickly in the other direction”

“I feel like Troy deserves a raise /promoted, he went out of his way last night to help me. I've been sick, my family has been sick & I was in need of food & treats for my pet. “This location has been under new management (me) since the beginning of October 2023. I just want to share some updates for those who have given lower level reviews.The parking lot was completely torn up and repaved in November. NO MORE CRATERS!The store itself: still a few items on the floor that get stocked throughout the shift by cashiers, such as the health and beauty areas, BUT, I was able to get a TON of out of stock items back in the store and back on the shelves.We have a whole new team in the store and have gotten nothing less than amazing reviews from our valued customers!We aren’t where we want to be, but for those who have ditched this location due to bad experiences in the past, come back and check out the improvements we have made SO FAR!! Plenty more to come!”

“Good store except for the 2 problems. Of not easy life allowed to. The usual being able to get down. Iske. Small & or blocked or have box's or on racks. From stocking up. There items fir sale on shelf. & the sizes of feet in between the iske from one to another. Need to be bigger. The last 3rd problem. I know other personal consumers. Think this same stiff. I'm saying. The on sold items in my needing. Sometimes. Are out of stock. Or stop selling product. Other then these issues. That owners or corporate can fix solve. & they removed there stores. But still haveing this. Problem IN the stores of there's use in anderson ,Indiana. Also the fire Marshall made the stores close some stores down. For blackish fire exits on the store. With there boxes. From being overwhelmed wit items to be put on shelf fir sale. Fir probably hard to keep or find help. With maybe short staffed. The stores were hard to fond one open during this time.”

“My only quarrel is with the discriminating policy to force people with backpacks to leave your backpack with customer service whilr you shop... yet not one word to over half the customers who carry a purse (often as large or larger than a backpack)I assure you it would be FAR easier to slip a stolen item into a purse than for someooe to steal with a backpack that needs to be taken off, unzipped, stashing stolen and then slung back onto that persons back. Ohh and from my understanding there are no safeguards or prevention to protect a customers personal belongings that are confiscated .So if my stuff is stolen... ohh well i guess.... its disgraceful.”
