“This shop is amazing. Fast repair. Friendly service. Professional. Although I don’t wish for any future accidents, I would definitely use this shop for any future repairs. I would not pay attention to any of the negative reviews on this company, in my experience with them they did an amazing job and went above and beyond for me. My tire light was on when I dropped it off and they even went as far as fixing that and it wasn’t on the work order. My car was washed when I picked it up. It’s just amazing to have a shop like this in this area and not know about it. They even had a rental for me after having a negative experience with another rental company that I was supposed to pick a car up from. It was such a smooth experience I’m still a little shocked that this was that easy. 10/10 for me, I was very pleased with this experience.”

“I went in the other day to get some front brake pads for a Dodge Challenger. Napa had previously sold me the wrong pads. The employee I dealt with was named Don. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He asked me if my Challenger had a single or dual-piston brake setup. Napa didn't even ask me this. I told him this and he suggested I most likely needed the pads for a dual-piston setup. He brought out the pads for a dual-piston brake system so we could compare the old pads I brought. They were a perfect match. I later ended up having to purchase new front calipers and again dealt with Don and he brought me the dual-piston calipers and they worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this O'Reilly to anyone needing the RIGHT parts for their vehicle.”
