Our daughter’s steering rack went out on her car, and while we were able to get it towed home, we quickly realized the repair was more than we could handle. We bought the part, and a friend tried to help, but he wasn’t able to get the cradle off to remove the steering rack. To make things more stressful, every shop we called was booked weeks out — and with the car undriveable and my husband recovering from a broken leg and surgery the day before Thanksgiving, we were in a bind.
Eagle Auto Milan LLC was the only place where someone picked up the phone and truly listened. The gentleman my husband spoke with was incredibly kind and said he’d do his best to help us since my husband is temporarily not working due to recovery from surgery. They picked up the car on Monday evening, completed the repair quickly for a very reasonable price, and then delivered the car back to us because my husband couldn’t drive. They even brought the keys right to our door.
In a stressful time, their honesty, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond meant everything. We will definitely be returning customers and highly recommend Eagle Auto Milan LLC to anyone in need of a reliable, trustworthy auto repair shop.

Battery died overnight and I couldn’t leave for work in the morning. Looked at auto shops in my area and settled on eagle auto because of their good reviews. Called them for a battery replacement and they even sent someone to jumpstart my car so I could bring it to their shop. Once there, I waited maybe ten minutes before my car was ready to hit the road. The price was as fair as could be as well. I’ll certainly keep them in mind for future car service.
