“Although it was out of the way for me, I'm glad I chose this place for my routine vehicle maintenance. Oil & oil filter change; tire rotation; spark plug replacement / tune-up; and comprehensive inspection. I had to wait, but there are chairs, and it was comfortable enough. They told me over the phone it would be ~90 minutes—already quicker than other mechanics I checked. In the end it only took them an hour. The service was straightforward, and cheaper than anywhere else I checked in the area. The service review paperwork is easy to parse. Thank you!”

“Our daughter was on her way from Michigan to visit friends in Winona Lake, IN and the engine on our 2004 Honda Odyssey began to misfire near New Paris. I found Larry's New Paris Auto Service on google maps and called him at 3pm on a Friday (They close for the weekend at 5pm). Larry was very friendly and he said he'd look at it, but honestly wasn't sure he could get to it before they closed. Well guess what - the repair was done right a few minutes after 5pm and my daughter was able to have her vehicle for the weekend. “Prices are considerably higher than others in the area, but its one of the fastest drive in oil changes I've ever been to. Good customer service. Staff was super friendly and ver knowledgeable. They checked my filters, topped off fluids, and aired up my tires. They also offer windshield wiper replacement (I'm not sure if you can bring your own in to be installed but they sell them!). The carwash itself is also nice.”
