“Our 2023 Grand Design 5th wheel's slide out never worked properly since we purchased it July 2022. We had it replaced by our California dealer June 2023 but had to wait 3 months until we could bring it in for service and another 2 months once there as they had to wait for parts and labor shortage. It failed again after only 5 stops! We were in Washington State at the time. Called Grand Design tech support who referred us to to Royal RV. We were assured they were as good as GD for the replacement work and they could have it completely replaced in one business day if we could get to Indiana. We made the mad dash from Washington to Indiana in 9 days. Sure enough, the day of our dropping it off at 7am they had it replaced and in perfect working order by 3pm the same day!!! Have been on the road with it for over 4 months now and the slide out has not had any further issues. All staff and management were very courteous and professional. Highly recommend them!”

“I took my 2014 Dodge 3500 in for work on the brake controller. I recently had the pickup bed changed to a flatbed and the brake controller didn't work correctly. I took the truck in to two other, so called, experts and they couldn't figure it out. Jess figured it out on the first try. Kudos to him. My truck was, finally, in good hands. All I can say is thank you. When I need other service, I'll be back.”

“I was told by my regular mechanic that I had 2 bad wheel bearings after they inspected my car. Triple M price was cheaper and they inspected my car it was only 1 wheel bearing so even cheaper yet....will never return to my old mechanic again. Hard to find an honest mechanic and I believe Triple M is.”

He was super knowledgeable and friendly, the turn around time on the build and communication was very impressive. Transmission is now back in the truck, and the truck drives like never before, I highly recommend BMS.”
