I set up my account here about a year ago and they made it such a nice easy experience and every interaction I’ve had since has been amazing! Staff is always nice, quick and efficient! They are patient and thorough if you have questions and always have a smile on their faces. Just good people!

When I lost my mother in 2024. Situating her accounts seemed like it would be a mess. I had been dealing with two different 1st sources and once I ended up at McKinley, they seemed to make the process easier. My last time there Bruce was very helpful, kind, empathic and resourceful. He was very knowledgeable and talked me though every step of the process. He made the experience the most painless thing of dealing with my mom's accounts.

I do not like the drive thru facilities. Everything is so narrow, and seems outdated. The vacuum tubes are rather low, and not easily accessible in my opinion. I will avoid this bank location for the reasons listed. I prefer the Osceola First Source Bank.

Teller was very eager to help me. I was concerned that $54.06 payment was not taken out of my amccount. Dud not look like it on my end. She assured me that it was withdrawn by a medical facility I had made arrangements to pay. She assured me that they balanced my account correctly. On line, though, it did not look that way. But she did help me and I appreciated that. I love 1st source, been with them since I was a teenager. I'm now 71.

Awful ATM service. Over the last month, 5 out of 6 times I've been it was under construction or out of service. It's not even worth trying to go here at this point and I'll just avoid it for a while
