Amazing customer service and amazing work on my 2023 Sorento! Caliber took amazing care of my car and kept me updated through out the process. I also got my car back cleaner on the inside then when I dropped it off!

Great experience! Worked directly with my insurance company to get me in quick for service. Kept me up to date and returned my car looking like new! Even detailed the inside, which was a nice above and beyond touch! Also looks like it got a wash!

It's a collaborate repair shop with Geico insurance. The whole process is smoothy. Only negative experience is that they spent more than I thought about 'cleaning up'. They informed me that vehicle was transferred to cleaning department at 9:30am but told me it's done like 5pm while they would be off at 5:30pm. I will recommend this repair shop.
