Alick's Home Medical provides outstanding and wonderful customer service, with staff who go above and beyond. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with, carefully demonstrating equipment use. The location has plenty of parking. However, it can be a long drive for some and the store is often busy, resulting in long waits. Occasionally, staff knowledge on different products can be lacking and warehouse orders for supplies like CPAP items have sometimes been incorrect, though the business provides prepaid returns to resolve these mistakes.
It was a long, protracted, and difficult, sometimes heart wrenching struggle, but once the proper people became involved my precious husband received the equipment he needed and the staff went so much above and beyond. We can never thank you enough. You literally saved my husband's life. THANK YOU.
