Had a great experience upgrading from my 13 Mini to a 16 Pro here. The Salesman was professional and helpful in assisting me in transferring my data from my trade to the new phone. My trade was heavily scratched, and initially was deemed unqualified by the apple software to have trade in value. My salesman called in a manager to evaluate the phone and they agreed to give me the trade in value for it, which was unexpected and I was grateful for the extra effort. Overall had a great experience and I love the new phone!

Everyone here is always so lovely. From being greeted initially to final checkout, everything always moves very smoothly. Special shout-out to Carlos who clearly and efficiently explained every detail to my father (not well versed in anything technical), and made our entire experience a breeze. We are very thankful to be so close to this store, but it’s definitely worth the drive if you need to make the trip.

Hands down the most useless experience of my life. My phone is fried and they are now making me wait 18 hours to be able to even get into my account. When I know my information and they are refusing to replace my phone that is still under warranty. Walked out of an interview this morning answered a phone call and my phone fried.. just shut off and will not turn back on. Apple is giving me a constant run around and making every excuse in the book to not honor the warranty.

This Guy named Anthony claimed to be store Manager was so clueless and not helpful. He told us that he couldn’t let us get a new phone because he was closing the store in 10minutes. He was very rude and unprofessional ?
