Went there with broken front tooth first thing they did was a over kill on xrays then took me to a chair 3 people came in again over kill one of them I had no idea who or what he was but was dripping in bling looked in my mouth and proceeded to try and sell me dentures asking how nice it would be to chew and enjoy food again What the hell,I have had no back teeth for 50 years thank to a greedy dentist I am not rich and on sIsi I am 70 years old so he tried to sell me a pcorvettes to use as dentures I said can you fill the broken tooth and he said if he did the insurance will not pay for the 18000 to 50.0000 dentures so to make a long story short I still have a broken tooth and they made almost a thousand on xrays never ever ever

The woman at this office was so unprofessional and rude....I went through my insurance app to make the appointment and when I get there she says we'll we dont accept your insurance in a very rude tone.

Aspen dental is an absolute scam. They lie about what insurance will cover to get treatments and just today they lied about fixing a filling and tried to strong arm me into a crown. Absolute scumbags.

Beware. Avoid this place. Really. Get a second opinion. This place did extremely shoddy work and tried to bilk my niece. They put in a crown without the post! When, of course, the crown broke they wanted to charge another $2k to fix the problem again. Totally unprofessional. If I could give this place 0 stars I could.

Hate to add this honest of a review, but i will not be returning. The place is filthy. There was a hair hanging from the equipment and stains on the walls. They were not gentle with my mouth at all. Not happy with my experience. The dentist was kind, and office staff were kind. But the woman who took scans of my mouth was not gentle at all. The staff could’ve definitely been better but overall my concern was the cleanliness of the entire building. This place was actually filthy!

All about the money facility except when they are supposed to refund back what they owe you. It has been months since I prepaid for something and insurance has cleared yet they fight to keep the money I am owed. I would run from this facility. Go somewhere else

Staff was so friendly and helpful when covering insurance, fees And services. Candace was very helpful and understanding! Dr. T and staff were so caring and attentive to everything I needed. I actually felt no pain this time even with a difficult extraction.

Communication needs improved. I was not told when I made the appointment, that the surgeon was NOT there. That was the whole point of my visit. Sitting around waiting for the Dr to check my mouth...then was told I needed a referral to see the oral surgeon. I was not happy.
