Guadalupe was great! She helped us upgrade to a new phone, get a new iPad and get accessories in the most cost efficient way! We were pondering going to a different carrier, but the help she gave us confirmed that this is still a great company! Thanks and we love the new merch!

This is the best store hands down. I’ve been in many of there stores. Although a little short staffed which is not fault of there own the definitely answer there phones treat each customer with respect and dignity and go beyond the mile to get everything taken care of. The gently do not rush to just get you out there door they do what’s going on or get you going in the correct direction of whatever situation is. Kim, Ashley, Scott, Noah and the rest of the team rock 10 times over. Thanks for talented workers such as you all and for making my experience so worth it

This store needs a better waitlist system. It's very surprising to me given this is a tech store. I understand staff are busy, especially given the employee to customer ratio. Not all customers are greeted upon entering. Someone does eventually get to you and sign you in when they're free, but by this time most customers are confused and irritated and frustrated. Maybe create a board or station where customers can be directed to check themselves in.

2/27/25 *** Very Poor Customer Service buyer beware!!!
AT&T should have better representatives of their company at this store. My experience today was absolutely horrible as I went in they had only two customers in the store I was next in line. I waited 15 to 20 minutes, just for anyone to simply acknowledge that, I was even in the store. When it was my turn, I was Directed to sit at one of the tables me and the agent began working on my account only to be interrupted by a customer who was returning A satellite dish! The AT&T agent looked at me, and stated I’ll be right back I’m going to help her! I was in complete shock. I waited 20 minutes for this agent to finish with the last customer before me. I just felt it was unfair, unprofessional to completely cut me off acknowledge her and tell me to wait until he was done with her. I also wanted to mention I was upgrading four lines of service. I’m so glad I walked away and took my business to T-Mobile.! AT&T, check your cameras around 1:25 p.m. I was in red and black with blonde hair African-American female!
