Brought car in for an oil change. Car washed and ready to go.Appreciate Brian Lynn.Unfortunately, once I got my car home, had oil leaking on the garage floor.Took car back to shop. Tech didn't tighten drain plug properly.Disappointing.

I’ve been going to Basney for at least 16 years now the service department is great! I only I’ll going to get honest advice. I love dealing with Austin and Curt. They are both very friendly and I know I can trust them to take care of me and my vehicle. Thank you Basney!
