Went into the mall to pick up an online order. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Which was perfect because I don't go to the mall often.

Would’ve rated higher if the managers weren’t snakes and the company cared about associate complaints(except for the store manager)? I REFUSE to shop at this BBW until they get some new management

All the hand soaps are on sale, and many of the body care products too. Time to stock up!!I wish they had the peppermint hand soap all year round. However, they do have a new lilac that smells very nice.

I tried to submit an email to BBW but no luck locating the right email address. I just want to say the employee leader David is an excellent example of Customer service and leadership! I observed him encouraging and showing appreciation to every staff member that came to work. This observation was not a one time deal. This type of management skill comes natural for him. Every time I visit the store he goes the extra mile to help me. BBW you definitely have a WINNER!

Bath and Body is a nice store they have so much to choose from, lotion, Body wash, Mist sprays. Bath and Body going be so packed after Thanksgiving it always much more packed around that time.

This bath and body works is always crowded but very well.stocked and well staffed. They always ask if you need help with selecting and thr check out process is organized.

Coupons are great for free items. I made a gift set out of lotion, bath wash & spray. My favorite is the aromatherapy smells like eucalyptus spearmint.
